Limak Group, a leading company in the fields of construction, energy and cement production, continues to actively support female students studying technical specialties through the Global Engineer Girls (GEG) initiative, BalkanEngineer.com has learned from Denar.mk. Another event from the initiative was a visit to the multifunctional complex "Diamond of Skopje" in Skopje, where young ladies from North Macedonia and Kosovo were guests.
During the visit, future lady engineers had the opportunity to learn about the latest technologies and innovations applied in construction, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering. They were divided into groups according to the specialties they study and were guided by experts in their respective fields.
"Diamond of Skopje" includes four towers with residential premises and a shopping center, and the investment in the complex is over 350 million euros. The female students visited towers C and D, which are under construction, as well as the shopping center "Diamond Mall", where they examined the applied technologies and materials.
