Main Responsibilities:

- Team and Project Management: Organizes, allocates and controls the daily tasks of designers; ensures compliance with deadlines when developing new products or modifying existing ones.
- Development (R&D): Leads the innovation and optimization process of mechanical and electrical components of step regulators (including actuators, switches, contacts and insulation elements).
- Technical Control: Approves 3D models, design documentation, drawings and specifications (BOM), ensuring manufacturability (DFM/DFA).
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Works closely with the Production, Quality Control and Procurement departments to ensure the smooth implementation of the design into actual production.
- Standardization and Security: Ensures that all products comply with strict requirements for safety, high-voltage insulation, thermal resistance and long service life under load.

Main Requirements:

- Education: Higher education in engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics).
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a management engineering position, preferably in heavy machinery, transformer manufacturing or high/medium voltage equipment.
- Technical skills: Excellent command of CAD/CAE software (SolidWorks) and knowledge in the field of kinematics, fluid mechanics (transformer oil) and dielectric materials.
- Personal qualities: Strong leadership and communication skills, analytical thinking, detail orientation and ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment.
- English language (working level) for communication with international customers and suppliers.
