The document envisages a deep partnership in the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital transformation and scientific research. Israel, known for its advanced technology and startup ecosystem, will share its experience with Albania, which is looking to accelerate digitalization and attract more investment in the technology sector.

Albania's Economy Minister stressed that this agreement will help transform the country into a regional technology hub. For his part, the Israeli representative noted that the partnership will strengthen bilateral economic ties and boost innovation in both countries.

The first initiatives under the agreement are expected to be launched in the second half of 2025 and include the exchange of experts, joint research projects and the establishment of technology hubs. The move is also part of Albania's broader strategy of modernisation and integration into the global economy.
