In modern economics, where technologies are advancing faster than educational programs can adapt, the question of actual preparation of young specialists becomes more serious. Lectures and books remain fundamental, but witnessing an actual production environments is often the moment that defines if a student is going to become a specialist or remain as an observer of processes. Exactly this critical point between theory and practical experience is where TESY positions itself – a leading production company with a steadfast presence in the European market, whose focus includes building a successful model for cooperation between young specialists. Through its new initiatives the company has opened its production bases for students and laymen in the field.

In the span of the initiative the young guests became acquainted with the way modern TESY production unfolds – from the resources and systems for automation to quality control. Focus has been placed on how engineering solutions are applied in an actual environment and how they impact the efficiency of the processes.
For TESY, the initiative is part of a long-term approach for developing young individuals with engineering backgrounds. The model includes three basic components – direct access to technologies, mentoring from experts and the opportunity for internships and graduate programs. "Our goal was for young people to see the real environment in which their knowledge can be applied, even before your professional path begins," the company said.
Experts from the establishment outlined that the meetings allowed the participants to understand how the different engineering disciplines like mechatronics, informatics and automation work in sync in real production.
The initiative highlighted the need for closer cooperation between educational institutions and the industrial sector. “When a young person sees the whole process – from the initial idea to its implementation, they begin to understand their profession in a different way,” added TESY.
