With an investment of nearly BGN 3 million, Austrotherm Bulgaria, a leading manufacturer of energy-saving, climate-friendly thermal insulation, is expanding and modernizing its plant in Sofia's Kazichene district, BalkanEngineer.com has learned from Economy.bg. The start of the project was marked with a symbolic groundbreaking ceremony by high-ranking representatives of the company and local authorities.
The leading manufacturer of energy-saving thermal insulation in Central and Eastern Europe has as its main goal to satisfy the needs of its customers by offering even more efficient and precise logistics of its products. The expansion of the Sofia plant will improve warehousing and shipping processes, create new jobs and promote innovation in energy efficiency.
"The investment we are launching today will strengthen Austrotherm Bulgaria's leadership position as the most sustainable manufacturer of thermal insulation materials in the country," said Diana Chobanova, the company's managing director. "This move strengthens the company's position in the local market and at the same time sends a strong message about Austrotherm's commitment to green technology and sustainable development," she added.
