The investment firm Revetas Capital has officially launched construction of a new Class A logistics building—B04—within the Sofia Airport Center (SAC). The project is part of the long-term strategy to develop the site as a leading logistics and industrial center in the Bulgarian capital, BalkanEngineer.com learned from Economy.bg.

The new building will add approximately 5,700 m² of gross leasable area to the complex’s portfolio. Of this, nearly 5,000 m² are designed as high-tech logistics spaces, while the remaining 700 m² will be modern office space. The project also includes new internal road infrastructure, which will improve access and functionality across the entire logistics platform at SAC. Construction is expected to be completed by February 2027.
As of the groundbreaking ceremony held on March 16, 2026, 65% of the space in Building B04 has already been pre-leased, which is a clear indicator of the high demand for quality warehouse space in Sofia. Vlad Dragoescu, a partner at Revetas Capital, emphasizes that this project is only the first step in a larger expansion. The complex has an additional 6 hectares of available land, allowing for the construction of an additional 57,000 m² of logistics space in the future.
