The Bulgarian company Euromaster Import-Export, which specializes in the trade of professional and hobby tools, has opened a new logistics center in the Kostinbrod industrial zone. The investment exceeds 30 million euros and is the largest in the company’s 34-year history. The complex is built on a 42,410 m² site and features an AutoStore automated storage and order-picking system, operated by 18 autonomous robots, BalkanEngineer.com learned from information published by the company.

The new facility has a capacity of over 25,000 pallet spaces, and the first warehouse hall covers an area of 19,873 m². Ten loading and unloading ramps for trucks and nine more for light-duty vehicles have been built for receiving and shipping goods. Central to the organization of warehouse operations is the AutoStore system, in which robots retrieve and deliver containers of goods to workstations. The facility has five such stations and can handle up to 500 container deliveries per hour.
Automation is designed to speed up the processing of customer orders and minimize errors in order fulfillment. Euromaster maintains a portfolio of over 6,000 products across nine proprietary brands, including Raider, Topmaster Professional, and Gardex. The large number of items places high demands on inventory tracking, the organization of warehouse locations, and the preparation of shipments. In this process, the robotic system works in conjunction with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 enterprise resource planning system implemented in 2023, and the company’s business partners also use a B2B platform introduced in 2020.
In addition to the warehouse areas, the complex includes an administrative section, a showroom, and its own training center. The Euromaster Academy occupies over 1,100 m² and features seven themed rooms for hands-on training, technical seminars, and product demonstrations. The space has a capacity of up to 150 participants and will be used to train sales partners and specialists who work with the company’s products. The complex also features charging infrastructure for electric vehicles and LED lighting.
Construction began in September 2024, and in June 2026, the facility assumed the role of the company’s main logistics center. The official opening took place on October 2 of this year. According to information from the local administration, the investment is expected to create nearly 100 jobs.
