This year, one of the grandest international trade exhibitions for packaging technologies – interpack, will include Bulgarian participation. The forum will take place between 7-13 May, 2026, in Dusseldorf, and among the participants will be BETELGEUS Smart Robotics – a company with a focus on solutions for automation at the end of the production line.

At interpack 2026, BETELGEUS will put a focus on Stackbot – a plug and play system for roboticized palletization, developed with the goal of making automation at the end of the production line accessible, rentable, and adapted for integration and exploitation.

At the core of BETELGEUS Smart Robotics and Stackbot’s philosophy is a clear message, "We unlock human potential by eliminating low-value work." The company develops intelligent solutions for automation, which undertake repeatable, monotone and physically cumbersome tasks, so that the teams can focus on the activities that provide a higher added value. The result is higher productivity, better allocation of people, and operations that adapt more easily when demand and workload change.

"In the new edition of interpack in May 2026, in Hall 11, Stand E67, we will present Stackbot - our entirely Bulgarian plug & play palletizing robot, developed with the clear goal of making automation at the end of the production line more cost-effective, reliable and flexible. Stackbot is ideal for productions that are looking for higher productivity, less manual labor, as well as better predictability and process control," BETELGEUS told Engineer.bg.

A key advantage of Stackbot is its plug & play approach, which shortens deployment and facilitates commissioning with minimal setup. The solution is suitable for both new production lines and modernization of existing installations.

"Stackbot is designed as a compact, mobile and self-contained palletizing platform that can be easily moved between different process lines using a forklift or pallet truck," the company explains.
