Leading manufacturer TESY is again opening its doors to young talent with the 2026 internship program

This year, eight young professionals have started their internship program at TESY, and 3 of last year’s interns have decided to continue their professional journey within the company, BalkaEngineer.com was informed by TESY. The initiative again confirms the company’s commitment to allowing young individuals to develop within a real work environment.

This year, TESY welcomed a group of interns that will have the opportunity to acquire practical experience in a real work environment and to get acquainted with the functions of the company. During 2026, eight young individuals have begun their internship within different departments - research and development and systems engineering, structural design, automation and maintenance, production planning, human resources and administration, as well as strategic investment projects.

The company has welcomed 3 interns from the previous year as part of the team, which proves that internship at TESY is truly a starting point for a professional career.

For the next couple of months the interns will work side by side with the company’s teams on projects that will allow them to develop their knowledgebase and skills, with the help of mentors - colleagues whose professionalism and experience are essential to their successful professional growth.
