Sany’s entry into Romania is part of the group’s ambitious plan for global diversification and strengthening its presence in the “green” economy sector within the European Union. The Chinese giant, which is world-renowned for its excavators and cranes, already holds leading positions in the production of next-generation wind turbines. In Romania, Sany is expected to supply equipment for major energy projects and to participate directly in the development and management of new clean energy production parks.

Company representatives emphasized that Romania has enormous potential due to its natural resources and favorable regulatory framework, which encourages the transition to sustainable energy sources. Sany’s investments will contribute to the faster achievement of national decarbonization goals and create new opportunities for cooperation in the technology sector. The first concrete projects under Sany’s umbrella in Romania are expected to be finalized within the next two years.
