From the 23^rd to the 25^th of June, Intersolar Europe 2026 commenced in Munich – the most significant event in the European solar industry and of the leading world platforms for presenting innovations in the realm of renewable energy. Among the participants was Smart Energy Group, which offered its portfolio of solutions in front of an international audience of investors, designers, EPC companies and experts in the energy sector. At the center of the event was the new development of the company – Agri-Tracker, a system designed to combine efficient agriculture and clean energy production into a single, functional concept. "This year's edition was particularly important for us, as we presented a project to an international audience—one that our team has been working on for a long time with a clear focus," the company commented to BalkanEngineer.com.

At booth 220, room A1, the company held the official premiere of Agri-Tracker – a next generation system designed by Smart Solar Technologies, part of the Smart Energy Group. The system is designed for the needs of the agrivoltaic sector (Agri-PV) and demonstrates the potential for effectively combining agricultural production and renewable energy generation on the same land area.

The system is designed in such a way that it does not hamper agricultural activities, while at the same time ensuring high energy production and optimal use of terrain. The main characteristics of the Agri-Tracker are:

Intelligent solar tracking using proprietary software algorithms that optimize the positioning of photovoltaic panels for maximum energy yield;
Efficient land management, thanks to a structure that allows free access for agricultural machinery, aids in crop protection, and is compatible with livestock farming;
Enhanced economic efficiency, aimed at a faster return on investment for EPC companies and the creation of additional value for farmers.
