When it comes to industrial labelling involving large labels and high print volumes, businesses need a solution that combines high printing speeds, intelligent sensor technology, advanced RFID label encoding and easy maintenance supported by artificial intelligence. Japanese company SATO stands out from many competing market offerings with its CL6-SXR industrial printer, which delivers precise printing, adapts easily to different tasks and supports established software applications.

“The model is designed for manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, wholesale and other sectors where process reliability is essential. The CL6-SXR supports a wide range of large-label printing applications, including barcode labels, RFID labels, shipping labels, regulatory compliance labels and pallet labels,” representatives of the established trading and engineering company SIS 45, which offers SATO solutions, told BalkanEngineer.com.

The CL6-SXR is a next-generation industrial printer that delivers exceptionally high print accuracy, with a deviation of just ±0.3 mm (editor’s note: these values were obtained under various test conditions; actual results may vary slightly). “The new GAP2 sensor complements the existing sensor and improves accuracy even in standard print mode. This is particularly important for applications such as pallet labelling and regulatory compliance labelling, where precision is essential for reliable scanning and the smooth operation of systems,” SIS 45 explained.

When maximum productivity is the goal, printing speed is equally important. With a printing speed of 10 inches per second (ips) at the model’s standard SXR resolution of 203 dpi, the CL6-SXR is a suitable solution for high-volume labelling environments. The printer enables labels to be printed quickly without compromising on quality.
