The leading e-commerce and digital marketing event Balkan eCommerce Summit gathered 3200+ participants from 35 countries

In the span of 2 days, on the 28 and 29^th of this year, over 3,200 registered participants from 35 countries gathered at the Inter Expo Center – Sofia, to share ideas, to forge partnerships and to outline the future of online business in the Balkans. Balkan eCommerce Summit 2026 has not only attracted companies from the eCommerce sector, but also representatives of establishments, branches of organization and different business industries, which has turned the forum into a real platform for international cooperation and economic dialogue. The event brought together industry leaders, authorities and innovators from across Europe

The event for 2026 included 78 lecturers, dozens of lectures, panels and practical discussions with international experts, who have shared real strategies and working models for growth in the realm of eCommerce, AI, marketing and logistics, for business and as a whole.

"What distinguished the event this year was not only the content, but also the quality of the conversations off stage. One of the most impressive new elements in 2026 was the VIP area, which became the most active and sought-after space for strategic meetings, conversations, new business partnerships and relaxation. It naturally built on the concept of the One-to-One area from previous years," the organizers commented

And during the two days, the guests of Balkan eCommerce Summit 2026 have had the opportunity to visit the expo zone and to get acquainted with solutions from leading figures from Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Serbia, Croatia, Turkey, Great Britain, Belgium, Spain, USA, Moldova and many others.
