The modern energy efficient home needs to ensure optimal microclimate during most seasons -reliable heating, effective cooling and consistently clean and fresh air, without unnecessary energy loss. "This is precisely what Hoval offers through the combination of the Belaria pro air-to-water heat pump and the HomeVent comfort ventilation system. Working in perfect harmony, the two solutions provide a comprehensive climate control concept for single-family homes, multi-family buildings, and residential complexes," Hoval commented to BalkanEngineer.com.

Hoval’s philosophy is based on an integrated approach, where all systems operate as a whole, to ensure maximum efficiency and comfort. The Belaria pro air-to-water heat pump ensures reliable heating and cooling, while the ventilation system HomeVent maintains continuous flow of fresh, filtered air. If necessary, the solution can be complemented with a water heating station TransTherm aqua L, and the control of all components is done through the TopTronic E intelligent system.

"Instead of several separate installations, the user receives an integrated solution in which all components operate in a coordinated manner. The result is higher energy efficiency, ease of control, optimized operation, and a significantly higher level of comfort throughout the year," Hoval commented.

The Belaria pro heat pump unit uses renewable energy from the nearby air, to guarantee reliable and energy efficient heating during winter and cooling during summer. The system works with the natural cooling agent R290 (propane), which is marked with a low potential for global warming, transforming it into an eco-friendly and sustainable solution for a modern living environment.

In addition to ensuring continuous air exchange, the HomeVent system recovers heat and some of the moisture from the exhaust air. This ensures a constant supply of fresh, filtered air to the rooms without increasing energy losses.
