Following a series of realized activities and investments, the North Macedonian pharmaceutical company Replek received a complex environmental permit "A" from the Ministry of Environment and Equipment of the territory, BalkanEngineer.com learned from Denar.mk. This document is a confirmation of responsible operation, prevents monitoring and reduction of environmental impact by the company.

During the implementation of the necessary steps, which are part of the conditions for obtaining a complex permit "A", the company's efforts were focused on: measuring air emissions, monitoring the quality of waste water, measuring noise, appropriate waste treatment , regular accounting of electricity and water consumption costs and measures for better energy efficiency.
In addition, to contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions, the company invested 43 million dinars in a photovoltaic plant with an installed capacity of 948.29 kWp. With this investment, more than 40% of the company's total electricity consumption is replaced by renewable solar energy, thereby reducing the use of fossil fuels.
