The digitalization in the energy sector is an everyday occurrence at Filkab, and the new internship program for 2026 puts a focus on “smart” trade and business intelligence. The internship provides young specialists with practical opportunities to work with technologies for analysis of data and controlling stock flow on another generation. The goal is to leave the boundaries of the warehouse areas, to show when modern management and engineering work side by side, create leaders, which control the tech, as well as the market.

The program is designed as a smooth transition from academic theory to actual work experience in one of the largest companies in the sector. At Filkab, interns become part of the team from day one, which moves the logistics and the sales engineering of the company. The internship gives young specialists access to SAP and ERP systems and opportunity for BI analysis, but in a environment, which encourages learning and asking questions.
