Not only we innovate, but we also invest and grow. Now, we have a job opportunity for Safety, Energy and Environment Manager (SERE Manager) in our team in Plovdiv plant.

What will you do?

• Deploy new safety processes and tools; support sites/activities in their implementation and verify effectiveness.
• Share experience, benchmarking, and best practices across sites within the scope.
• Identify improvement opportunities and organize necessary actions, or seek support from the Excellence team when required.
• Serve as the interface between site safety stakeholders and the Zone/Europe Safety organization:
 - KPIs, action plans, and performance analysis;
 - Cross-functional projects;
 - Cross-functional safety training;
• Support sites during various evaluations (EHSA, SPS, IMS, internal/external audits).
• Escalate critical issues to Zone Safety Management.
• Hold the authority to request, lead, or monitor actions specifically related to safety.
• Create a positive, collaborative, and continuous-improvement-oriented dynamic across the entire scope.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in technical, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role, preferably in production industry.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English required.
