Etron Technologies' decision to establish a high-tech plant in Europe marks a strategic move to strengthen the manufacturer's global presence. The company, whose operations span China, Vietnam, Mexico and Singapore, recognizes Romania as an attractive technological and industrial center thanks to the country's integration into the Schengen area and the expansion of air and sea transport networks. The strategic location of CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal coincides with Etron's goals to expand business operations with customers from the European Union. In addition, Romania offers competitive advantages such as a skilled workforce, digital innovation and favorable tax rates.
Specializing in printed circuit board assembly, Etron Technologies serves a variety of sectors including industrial control, medical, automotive, communications, energy and high-end consumer products. The new facility in Romania will focus primarily on Surface Mount (SMT) and Mechanical Installation (MI) technologies. The production facilities and lines will be equipped with strict quality control systems, including temperature and humidity control, as well as integrated building management systems (BMS).
CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal, located on 14.4 ha of land, has modern infrastructure elements, including an aircraft parking area and a taxiway, facilitating a seamless connection to Oradea Airport and surrounding cities. This strategic location, combined with CTP's extensive portfolio of over 2.6 million m2 of Class A industrial and logistics space in Romania, underlines the company's commitment to providing an adaptable environment for growing businesses.
