Your responsibilities:
- Participates in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of production processes/products. Shares cycle time data with internal teams;
- Prepares technical documentation regarding the process phases and the related methods and cycle times;
- Supports production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff;
- Defines the working phase sequence of a new production process in order to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget. Ensures appropriate production methods, cycle-time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets;
- Ensures that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams to support supplier evaluations and proper supplier agreements;
- Participates in the definition of action plans, training of relevant maintenance and production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up;
- Analysis of production processes in the company using lean six sigma and DMAIC methodology;
- Analysis of the reasons for the allowed production of poor quality production;
- Evaluates new process technologies to improve human and machine productivity, quality and cost reduction by optimizing the production processes;
- Coordinates the activities related to the implementation of the company's investment program;
- Prepares requests for quotes from suppliers for the reconstruction and modernization of machinery and equipment.
Your background:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering;
- Experience in production and technological processes - minimum 1 years;
- Knowledge and experience in working with Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology. Yellow/Green belt certified will be advantage;
- Good communication skills in English – written & spoken;
- Good computer literacy - MS Office. Experience with CAD programs and SAP is an advantage;
- Strong commitment to safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines;
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies;
- Good team player skills - collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, strong communication skills;
- Experience in coordinating multiple teams is a plus.
