As our company continues to grow and evolve, our Industrial Engineering Department is looking for a skilled professional with experience, expertise, and mindset to share knowledge and contribute to meaningful change. SENIOR PRODUCT ENGINEER

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define the required manufacturing processes and resources, including materials, consumables, equipment, personnel, and other production requirements.
• Create production routings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and standard production times in the company's ERP system.
• Provide regular training to production personnel based on developed processes and documentation.
• Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation.
• Plan and support the production of prototype products and pilot ("0" series) manufacturing runs.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and process qualifications.
• Design, develop, and manage specialized production tools and fixtures.
• Oversee the manufacturing and implementation of designed tools and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills.
• Proactive attitude with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience working with industrial standards and quality systems.
• Project management experience.
• German language skills will be considered an advantage.
