LEAN EXPERT

Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement through project-based Lean initiatives;
• Analyze and optimize production and administrative processes;
• Implement Lean best practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency;
• Track, maintain, and report predefined KPIs;
• Lead and participate in cross-functional Lean projects;
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis, 5S audits, and support workstation standardization;
• Deliver internal training related to Lean and Six Sigma.

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant technical, engineering, or management field;
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably electronics;
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and tools (Six Sigma is a plus);
• Experience working in a project-based environment;
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work with and lead diverse teams;
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
