Test Engineer

With reference to our location in Sofia currently we are looking for:

Test Engineer

Your job:

• Develop hardware and software for production test equipment in compliance with internal procedures, product specifications and industry best practices;
• Participate in defining test equipment specifications and technical requirements during product development and industrialization;
• Provide technological and methodological assurance for the design and realization of non-standard and test equipment;
• Create and develop the test system concept, technical documentation and instructions, and control and measurement plans for the equipment;
• Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on increasing test equipment OEE, improving FPY, reducing downtime, and optimizing test time;
• Actively participate in quality improvement processes, ensuring robust testing and smooth production ramp-up;
• Provide the necessary technical training and qualification of production and maintenance personnel on test equipment operation and maintenance.

Technical Competencies and Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Mechatronics will be considered an advantage;
• Good command of English (at least B2 level);
• Excellent command of MS Office;
• Experience with fluid measurement equipment will be considered an advantage.

Professional Competences and Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage;
• Practical experience with LabView and/or Python;
• Experience with NI TestStand, CodeBeamer and version control tools (Git) is an advantage;
• Knowledge of and professional experience with instruments and test equipment;
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team.
