The world-renowned Italian manufacturer of boilers and household heating appliances Ariston had started the construction of a factory in the Serbian city of Niš, BalkanEngineer.com learned from Money.bg. The company’s investment amounts to 75 million euro.
Since 2019, the company Arіѕtоn has a production facility in Central Serbia. The company plans to build its second Serbian factory for electric household appliances in Niš by December 2025, where up to 300 employees would work.
The new Ariston plant will be located on an area of 30 000 m2 in the Industrial Zone North of the city. According to the Serbian president Aleksandar Vučić, who was present at the ground-breaking ceremony, the new plant is expected to export products worth around 240 million euro per year in the future.
