The company Lenasso, with construction and transportation business activities, is planning to build a new factory for the production of aluminum on the land of the village of Stryama, Bulgaria, BalkanEngineer.com learned from Money.bg. The facility will spread over an area of 7002 m2.
The future Lenasso factory will be for aluminum smelting and casting, as well as for the production of aluminum ingots. With this investment, the company aims to compete with aluminum imports and reduce Bulgaria’s dependence on China. The maximum capacity of the facility for smelting and casting aluminum is expected to be 40.8 t per day.
As a specialist in the field of buying up, selling, transportation and recycling of aluminum waste on the territory of Bulgaria and abroad, Lenasso will help to reduce and control the negative impact of waste on the environment. In Stryama’s plant the metal will be utilized, thanks to which resources will be saved, less raw materials will be extracted and the amount of harmful emissions will be reduced.
