KSHG Auto Harness is expanding its presence in Romania after Czech real estate developer CTP leased another 13,000 m2 of manufacturing space to the company at its industrial park in the western Romanian city of Deva. BalkanEngineer.com has learned this from CTP.eu.

Chinese automotive components manufacturer KSHG Auto Harness will occupy a total of 21,000 m2 at CTPark Deva II, which is adjacent to highways connecting Romania's capital Bucharest to the borders with Serbia and Hungary. The automotive components company brought its first ever high-tech production line to Romania when it moved into CTPark Deva II in 2022, creating 400 new jobs. Since then, KSHG Auto Harness has continued to secure new projects from European customers, creating even more jobs in Romania.

KSHG Auto Harness is the European arm of China's Kunshan Huguang Automotive Electric, established in 1988 and specialising in the development and manufacture of high and low voltage wiring harnesses for motor vehicles.

CTP is a full-service commercial real estate operator that builds, manages and delivers custom-built, high-tech business parks in Central and Eastern Europe. In Romania, the company owns warehouses in multiple cities totaling over 2.6 million m2, making the country the second largest market for CTP.
