Chinese auto parts giant Jiangsu Lianbo has officially opened its new production facility in the Kac suburb of Novi Sad in Serbia, BalkanEngineer.com has learned from Tanjug.rs. The EUR 57.4 million investment marks a significant step in the growing economic partnership between Serbia and China.

 

 

At the official opening ceremony of the new military representation, a number of public figures, including Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Miloš Vucevic, Mayor of Novi Sad Milan Djuric and Chinese MP in Serbia Li Ming.In 2022, China has become the largest source of foreign direct investment (FDI) in Serbia.

 

The new plant will include 120 machines and is expected to play a crucial role in the economic landscape of the region.

 

Established in 2011, Jiangsu Lianbo Precision Technology is a global leader in the production of automotive engine metal parts. The company's products serve the electric vehicle industry, including various types of EV stators and rotors, A/C systems, DSG motors, ABS motors, power steering motors, oil pumps, seats, etc. Among the company's main customers can be found renamed names such as Volkswagen, Audi, Bosch, Brose, Nidec.
