BALFIN Group, one of the largest private investment groups in the Western Balkans, has unveiled plans for a new shopping mall in the upmarket seaside resort of Green Coast, near the picturesque town of Himara, BalkanEngineer.com has learned from Albaniandailynews.com. With an estimated investment of over 13 million euros, the project, dubbed Galeria by TEG, promises to redefine shopping and entertainment experiences in the region.
Galeria by TEG appears as an extension of BALFIN's successful Tirana East Gate (TEG) shopping mall, leveraging the group's expertise in property management through its ACREM division. A significant part of the new investment, €10 million, is earmarked for the construction phase, while an additional €3 million is earmarked for the interior decoration of the mall. The renowned Istanbul-based architecture firm EAA-Emre Arolat Architecture has been engaged for the project.
The mall will feature a host of fashion boutiques, electronics stores, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets that will offer a variety of shopping and dining options for locals and tourists alike.
Galeria by TEG will be built in accordance with BALFIN Group's sustainable management practices. As an integral part of the Green Coast project, valued at more than €1 billion, the Galeria mall is poised to enhance the region's tourism offerings while providing a model for sustainable development.
