Romanian state-owned electricity distribution group Electrica has announced that it has taken over the project company, which is developing a photovoltaic park with 12 MWp of installed capacity and 9.75 MW of grid feed-in capacity. This is what BalkanEngineer.com learned from Romania-insider.com.
The photovoltaic park will be located in Vulturu Municipality, Vranca County, and is in the "ready to build" phase, and Electrica has paid 0.6 million euros to its developers, Vlad-Mihai Ungurianu and Tudor-Nicolae Ungurianu.
The deal is part of Electrica Group's strategy, established for the period 2019-2023, which works to expand the electricity value chain, especially in the field of electricity generation from renewable sources.
