Seven companies have acquired properties in the new South-West Industrial District in Burgas, Bulgaria, according to information from the local government. BalkanEngineer.com has learned this from BTA. Currently, three of the plots in the area are being sold through a public tender, while buyers are being sought for another seven vacant plots.
The South-West Industrial District is located below the Meden Rudnik residential area in Burgas, which is a natural resource base for the business.
The North Industrial District, on the other hand, is still working on the completion of several new enterprises.
One of these is the production facility of Monseith Ltd, which focuses on the manufacture of seating for sports facilities and acoustic barriers. Also being completed is a training centre with trade and storage sections for Condex Ltd, which is expected to be ready in the autumn. Sandy Solar Ltd is building a facility for the manufacture of air conditioning and solar systems and most recently BRK Logistics Ltd has started construction of a building for the manufacture of sports food products and a large logistics centre. Siza General Trading and Contracting Ltd, which is engaged in the design and manufacture of air conditioning and ventilation systems, is also completing its own facility.
