Glavbolgarstroy Prifab, part of the Glavbolgarstroy, has officially opened its prestressed reinforced concrete constuction plant near Pazardzhik, BalkanEngineer.com has learned from Money.bg. The investment is for more than 10 million leva, and the new jobs vacancies are 63, stated the company.

Glavbolgarstroy received a building permit in August 2022 and 6 months later the work on the construction of the plant, which has modern equipment and technological lines, has already started.

The capacity of the plant is between 80,000 and 140,000 m2 of floor space per year, and there are already plans to expand it. It has two assembly lines that can produce items for two industries simultaneously.

"This is the largest investment of Glavbolgarstroy in recent years, it is an investment in the future of the company and the region," said Dimitar Karamitrev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Glavbolgarstroy Pifab, during the official opening ceremony.

The new plant has its own, fully automated concrete unit with a production rate of 43 m3/h. The technological equipment is made of equipment systems manufactured by Pоgrеѕѕ Grоup and their European division Tесnосоm Italy. The equipment is spread over an area of 4600 m2 and guarantees a maximum productivity per unit area. The plant is also equipped with a modern laboratory for daily testing of the high quality of the product.
