Bianor Holding strengthens its expansion with the acquisition of software company Bulbera

Public company Bianor Holding has announced that it is continuing its series of successful acquisitions with the purchase of 100% of the capital of Bulgarian software company Bulbera, BalkanEngineer.com has learned from Forbesbulgaria.com. This is the fourth deal for the group in the current year. Although the price of the deal has not been announced, it is expected to be disclosed after its final closing.

The acquisition of Bulbera is part of Bianor Holding's strategy to consolidate successful Bulgarian software companies to complement organic growth. The transaction will help diversify the client base and the locations in which the group hires specialists, as well as expanding the competencies and service portfolio.

Bulbera is engaged in the development of specialised software solutions in the telecommunications, healthcare and e-commerce sectors. The company's team will be integrated into the subsidiary ITIDO in order to achieve synergies between the different companies and their teams. Bulbera's founder and managing director, Stefan Gospodinov, will take up the position of Vice President Software Development at ITIDO.

Christian Makedonski, ITIDO's Managing Director, expressed his satisfaction with Bulbera's acceptance into the group and stressed that the move will contribute to enhancing skills and experience within the company and the group as a whole.
