With reference to our growing Technical Engineering Center Sofia (Gabrovo office) currently we are looking for:

Development Engineer Electric Motors

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Working in an interdisciplinary team which is responsible for the development of electric motors, actuators and their components under consideration of the related design standards, quality and cost requirements.
Carrying out development measurements for new projects - motors, actuators, brakes, encoders, etc.
Development/expansion of Measurement Setups in compliance with the internal requirements, product specifications and good practices.
Developing automation software in NI LabVIEW and Test Stand for the Measurement Setups.
Analysing test results in MATLAB or Excel and making reports (Word/PDF) about the tested object(s). Presenting the reports to the relevant Mechanical/Electrical developers and/or project stakeholders.
Support of the efficient industrialization of the testing concept (hardware and software) in Production.
Coordination with internal and external development partners.

Technical Competences and Requirements:

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in the field of Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation engineering.
Related experience or scientific background in development/measurements of electrical machines (motors, generators or transformers) is a major advantage.
Experience with Servo motor controllers, Stepper motor controllers, Variable frequency drives or similar is considered a strong advantage.
Experience in Computer programming is mandatory.
Experience with National Instruments LabVIEW, National Instruments Test Stand and MATLAB are considered as a strong advantage.
Very good knowledge of MS OFFICE - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge and professional experience with measurement tools.
Experience with programmatic control of measurement equipment and control hardware (e.g. PLCs) is considered an advantage.
Experience in Production environment will be considered as a plus.
Good knowledge of English language (level B2 or higher, electrical and mechanical terminology). Knowledge of German language is an advantage.
