Technical Support Engineer

Location: Sofia

Your role:

• Presenting technical characteristics and functions of fire and gas alarm systems, detectors, and actuators produced by the company and preparing appropriate materials (power point, video and etc.);
• Consulting international clients for implementing systems and devices based on project’s requirements;
• Organizing trainings (life and online) for engineers and technicians;
• Verification of client’s documents for installation;
• Trouble shooting of installations and helping clients to solve issues;
• Design and define test and validation plans for installers;
• Analyzing and review test results vs. customer and internal requirements;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Your profile:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Communications or similar field;
• Good English skills (written and spoken);
• MS Office;
• Experience in field of electronics and systems;
• Experience in the testing and production environment will be considered an advantage;
• Good knowledge in control systems engineering;
• Knowledge and understanding of the applicable product and standards;
• Pro-active and self-motivated attitude.
