Channel Manager OFF trade

Position’s overview:
We are looking for a skilled professional to assure implementation of Off trade channel strategy and to have a clear long-term vision for the development and to create a successful strategy to achieve it.
The role is about to ensure the profitability of all investments, to lead the process in Off trade channel and to develop and monitor off trade promotional support and POCM in line with the brand strategy.
You as our new colleague will:
- Develop Off-trade channel strategies and Market programs based on business drivers.
- Analize channel performance and suggest directions for improvement.
- Monitor implementation on the field by regular field visits.
- Build strong relationships with the national Sales Teams as well as defining the right places for different Market programs to be implemented on.
- Ensure the implementation of the Market programs on the field.
- Assist in establishing the procedures of tracking the performance of investments vs targets.
- Budget management and monitor the profitability of all Off-trade investment and builds plans for relocation in case of underperformance.
- Own the POCM process (Point of Connection Materials) of development and production.
- Develop strategies, programs and activations and follows up the implementation on the field.

- Project management skills;

- Fluent in Bulgarian and English – both verbal & written;
- Valid driver’s license;
- People-first approach with strong communication skills;
- Bold and decisive leadership style;
