Your responsibilities:

Quality assurance of products and processes and avoid problems when delivering solutions to customers;
Implementing customer quality requirements;
Control Plans development and implementation with focus on in-process quality controls;
Final quality controls and in-process controls recording, data gathering and analyzing;
Initiating problem solving for internal and external quality issues: RCA (8D, 5W, Ishikawa, etc.); Failure analysis;
Corrective and preventive actions implementation, action plans follow-up, verification of solutions;
Risk assessment on internal quality issues and improvement plan development on mitigation of the risks;
Participation in PFMEA development and update;
Raising the quality awareness at operational level throughout trainings;
Long-term overall production quality improvement with focus on issue prevention rather than just control.

Your background:

Degree in Engineering (Technical field);
Preferably 2 years of experience in similar position;
Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
Very good knowledge of Excel;
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is an advantage;
Strong communication and organizing skills.
