Selling in over 65 countries around the world, four factories and a capacity of 1.2 million boilers yearly, leading European company Tesy maintains its leading position, ranking among the top 3 European producers of home boilers and tools. The success of the company is attributed to the over 1050 employees who manage to find a common ground with tradition and new technology. And speaking of traditions, the profession without which the quality of the final products would be unattainable is that of welders. In Tesy’s family, their work is on a pedestal built on continuity, consistency and concentration. And to prove this, the leading company has introduced us to Erdzhan Mehmedov Aliyev and Radoslav Valentinov Zhelyazkov.

In Tesy, the workday of the welders begins calm and prepared. The machines are activated sequentially, and the teams review their tasks and prepare their equipment. The focus is precision, safety and clear processes, which determine the quality of all produced material. "Parameter control, material inspection, and compliance with technological requirements are part of the daily process. In welding, skills are developed through practice and working according to standardized procedures, which help maintain high and sustainable production quality. Every seam, every joint is a test of the skill and concentration of our welders. The welding flame is a measure of quality, and a calm hand and a precise gaze are the key to the perfect result. It is for this process that we rely on colleagues like Erdzhan and Radoslav," the company emphasized.
“Quality comes when you work without unnecessary stress. Here the process is clear – you know what, how, and why you’re doing it. Our work determines the quality of the product,” says Erdzhan Mehmedov Aliyev, who has been with the company since 2006 and already knows the craft in depth. “I wanted to learn to weld,” says Radoslav Zhelyazkov. He joined the Tesi team in 2022 and still remembers his first days in the company.
