Wilo-Actun FIRST-SPU4 is a multistage submersible pump, capable of being installed horizontally and vertically. The pump features radial or semi-axial impellers in a casing design, including a built-in non-return valve.

"The motor—whether single-phase or three-phase—is rewindable, corrosion-resistant, and suitable for direct connection. It is cooled by the pumped fluid; a cooling shroud is required for horizontal installation, whereas vertical installation can be performed either with or without one. Sealing is provided by a mechanical seal, and the unit features self-lubricating, oil-lubricated bearings," Wilo explained.
