The industrial 3D printer MD 1000 Pro-FDM, manufactured by Mingda, separates itself with the ability to print in the format 1000х1000х1000 mm. It is meant to produce large functional details and prototypes without needing assembly. The model is intended for use in industrial environments and features a high-temperature nozzle (up to 350 °C), platform heating up to 110 °C, automatic leveling, UPS protection and the ability to continue printing after a power outage. "The combination of these capabilities makes the MD 1000 Pro a reliable solution for the automotive, architectural, and tooling industries," BalkanEngineer.com was informed by the innovative company Grema 3D, which offers professional 3D printing solutions, including those of MINGDA.

Mingda MD 1000 Pro is designed for large yields and uninterrupted operation, as it combines durability and engineering accuracy. The 1 m3 volume allows printing of full-size cases, prototypes, industrial fixtures and even designer furniture. The frame is metallic, and the mechanics allow for stable movement for all axes, which suppresses vibrations and deformations during long print processes. Precise kinematics allow repeatability and quality of each layer, even at high speeds.

"More and more of our customers are looking for solutions for manufacturing parts in their real sizes, which are strong, accurate and ready for direct use. Technologies like the MINGDA MD 1000 Pro meet these needs exactly," Grema 3D told Engineer.bg. Thanks to its design, the printer allows stable temperature in the printing zone, which is of key importance when handling engineering materials. This combination of scale and precision places the MD 1000 Pro among the leading industrial systems in its class.
