During production of common household appliances, such as coffee grinders, the success of production is determined by a series of conditions. Only clearly structured, effective and oriented processes lead to the necessary level of production. "Achieving such a goal becomes significantly more efficient through automation, as proven by the example of the Swiss company Eugster/Frismag AG after the implementation of 14 FANUC LR Mate industrial robots and the FANUC ZDT (Zero Down Time) system. The traditional distribution of heating energy at district heating follows a collective supply model – from the central station to the internal installations at the buildings – continuously and without relation to the differences in the needs of individual consumers. In Tatabánya, Hungary, however, the local heating supply organization T-Szol has decided to apply a different approach – when it’s necessary to establish a new subnetwork for four housing complexes (three blocks and one collective of houses), the company integrates a dynamic system, which accounts for the different heating needs of every consumer.
