Wizz Air opened a base in the Romanian city of Bacau, BalkanEngineer.com learned from RomaniaJournal.ro.

 

 

Wizz Air in Bacau provides 13 destinations in 6 countries, which include Turin, Venice Marco Polo Airport, Venice Treviso, Bologna, Rome Fiumicino, Milan Bergamo, Catania (Italy), Larnaca (Cyprus), London Luton, Liverpool (UK), Memmingen / Munich West (Germany), Billund (Denmark) and Brussels Charleroi (Belgium).

 

More than 70 new jobs were created in the airline, as well as positions in related industries.

 

The airline has introduced strict health and hygiene measures to protect passengers and crew. The HEPA filters of all Wizz Air aircraft filter out 99.97% of viruses and bacteria in the air. For the safety of passengers, the company guarantees physical distance and provides an ultra-clean environment on board.
