The Albanian construction company 4A-M has won a 3.3 million euro contract to renovate the country’s road network

The Albanian construction company 4A-M has won a government contract worth 3.3 million euros (approximately 327 million Albanian lek) to carry out a project to renovate and repave the country’s road network. The contract was signed with the Albanian Development Fund (ADF), which manages public investments in regional and local infrastructure, BalkanEngineer.com learned from a publication on SeeNews.com.

As part of this large-scale infrastructure project, 4A-M will be responsible for rehabilitating the asphalt pavement, improving drainage systems, and upgrading road signage and markings on the sections designated for repair. The goal of the investment is to improve road safety, ease traffic congestion, and ensure better connectivity between the country’s various regions.

The contractor selection process was conducted through an official tender, in which 4A-M’s bid was selected as the most economically advantageous and technically sound. Construction and repair work is expected to begin shortly and be completed within the timeframe specified in the contract. The project is part of the Albanian government’s broader strategy to modernize transportation infrastructure and stimulate economic development through public investment.
