Serbian software company M&I Systems Co, part of the Czech group Seyfor, has officially announced the acquisition of local IT firm NPS to expand its presence in the Serbian and Balkan markets. The deal comes at a time when M&I Systems Co is looking hard to consolidate its leadership in ERP solutions and digital transformation in the region, BalkanEngineer.com has learned from the company's official announcement.

NPS, founded in 2003 in Belgrade, is well known for its expert services in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and business consulting. The company has experience in multiple industries, and its financial results as of 2024 show stability with revenues of approximately 2.6 million euros.
The acquisition of NPS will allow M&I Systems Co to combine its Beyond 360 ERP platform with NPS solutions, providing customers in Serbia and South East Europe with more comprehensive and integrated products. In addition, the merger will expand M&I Systems Co's capabilities in business consulting, automation and the use of AI technologies.
"The deal with NPS is an extremely important element in our strategy to strengthen our position on the Serbian market and in the region," said Vladan Balaban, President of M&I Systems Group. He stressed that the company will continue to seek other partnerships and acquisitions that meet their long-term goals. The CEO of M&I Systems Co, Nikola Balaban, in turn added that the collaboration with NPS will also provide customers with a broader range of ERP services and accelerate digital transformation across the region.
M&I Systems Co and NPS are already working on joint projects, recently offering innovative solutions combining the technological expertise and deep local market understanding of both companies.
