Romanian IT startup for EUR 13.4 million is entering the stock exchange

The Romanian startup AlphaBlock, that works in the area of IT and artificial intelligence, considers launching an initial public offering on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in 2020, BalkanEngineer.com learned from Romania-Insider.com. The company will also look for other funding opportunities.

 

 

At the beginning of 2019, the Romanian IT startup was evaluated at EUR 13.4 million. AlphaBlock has received funding from one of the largest venture capital funds in the field of artificial intelligence – Real Ventures Fund. The company has also received support in the InnovX acceleration program for startups.

 

AlphaBlock was founded in 2018. The startup is developing investment management solutions that are based on AI and are validated through a blockchain technology.
