Investments of more than 1.14 million euro for streets repairs in Skopje

The Minister of Transport and Communications of North Macedonia, Blagoj Bocvarski, announced that more than 30 mayors had signed contracts for the rehabilitation of road infrastructure across the country. The investments for road repairs in the capital alone exceed 1.14 million euro, BalkanEngineer.com learned from Vlada.mk.

 

 

Currently, construction activities are being carried out on Pariska Street in the capital, the funds for which are provided under a project for road modernization in North Macedonia. Reconstruction of Kiro Gligorov Boulevard is also planned. The road infrastructure will be repaired in the neighborhoods of Kisela Voda, Shuto Orizari and Gjorche Petrov.

 

Stefan Bogoev, the Mayor of Karpos – one of the capital’s 10 municipalities, said that the municipality had invested in many infrastructure projects over the past four years, including the construction of a new sewer network.
