A delegation of 30 people from organizations and institutions in the field of energy, energy efficiency, energy transition, green energy and environmental protection from France, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and several local municipalities visited factories and headquarters of the group FERO Invest, which is a leader in the energy transition in North Macedonia. This is what BalkanEngineer.com learned from Observer.mk.

The attendees got acquainted with the energy-efficient electric and hydrogen vehicles produced in BRAKO, and details about this high-tech and ecological product were presented by the operations director Angel Angyushev.
In the Ovčepol region, guests from abroad visited the biogas power plant Bio Enterprise, where the project manager Arti Kormemeti informed them about the production process, which is zero pollution, i.e. production of biogas, which then serves as fuel for the production of electricity.
The delegation also visited the Central Invest photovoltaic plant in Kochani, which is also an investment of the FERO Invest and CENTRAL Invest groups.
The visit, organized by Habitat-Macedonia, is part of the EXCITE project, which is part of the European Horizon 2020 program and aims to directly improve action plans in 25 municipalities across Europe in relation to climate change.
