The Ruse-based manufacturer of electric cars Sin Cars Industry AD plans to go public in Amsterdam at the end of 2024, Balkanengineer.com learned from Economic.bg. The aim is to raise additional capital to help the company finalize the construction of its future factory in Romania.

The Dutch stock market listing will give an additional boost to the production of the L CITY electric vehicles. The models of the series have been attracting interest abroad lately, and at the beginning of the summer, the Bulgarian company signed agreements for the supply, import and distribution of electric cars for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Building the plant across the Danube is an essential part of Sin Kars' plans. Last week, Dimitru Beanu, Chairman of the District Council of Giurgiu, Adrian Angelescu, Mayor of Giurgiu, and Prof. Arch. visited the headquarters of the Ruse company.
