Serbian company for aircraft repair and maintenance is up for auction

The Serbian Ministry of Economy again auctioned the company for aircraft repair and maintenance JAT Tehnika. The initial purchase price of the company is EUR 10.2 million, BalkanEngineer.com learned from SeeNews.com.

 

 

The Ministry offers for sale 95.4% of JAT Tehnika, which is currently owned by the state. The tender will be open to companies operating in the field of aircraft repair and maintenance, with a total revenue of at least EUR 40 million in 2018.

 

The interested companies must hold certificates for repair of Bombardier and Embraer aircrafts, as well as at least three of the B737CL, B737NG, A320 and ATR 42/72 aircrafts in the last five years. Participants must also have certificates for basic maintenance of the aircrafts BO37 MAX and NEO from the series A320.
