SeedBlink, the European startup co-investment platform, has received a license from the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) as a crowdfunding service provider under the ECSPR (Regulation on European Enterprise Crowdfunding Service Providers), Balkanengineer.com has learned from Profit .bg.

Thus, SeedBlink becomes the first alternative co-investment platform in Central and Eastern Europe to be authorized under the new regulation.

At the European level, only 4 other platforms have received this license from local jurisdictions, operating mainly in Western Europe: Spain, Latvia, the Netherlands and France.

"Our ambition is to continue supporting technology start-ups and scale-ups and contribute to the development of Europe as an innovation hub with the help of private investors," said Angel Hadjiev, Bulgaria Director of SeedBlink.
