Four young Romanians from Prahova County have developed a pan-European digital platform that promises to change the way students find internships in the European Union. The project is called Youllgetit.eu and already contains thousands of internship opportunities available to over 22 million students in Europe, BalkanEngineer.com learned from the Romanian press. Behind the idea are Luca Moșu, Daria Anghel, Ștefan Țaga, and Sebastian Duță—former teammates on the RO2D2 robotics team and current students at universities in Romania, Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.

Development of the platform began about ten months ago when the team noticed how difficult and fragmented the process of finding internships for young people is. According to Luca Moscu, many students send dozens, sometimes hundreds, of applications without receiving a response, and the lack of centralized information further complicates the process. So they decided to create a system that would bring together as many internships from across Europe as possible in one place and recommend personalized positions based on students' skills, CVs, and interests.
Currently, Youllgetit.eu already integrates over 3,600 active internships, with the team adding new positions daily through automated job posting extraction tools. The platform uses an algorithm that analyzes the student's experience, projects, and goals, then suggests the most suitable opportunities to increase the chances of approval. Moshu emphasizes that the idea is to create an intelligent system for guiding students toward realistic and suitable career paths.
The project is completely free for users, but its creators are already looking for partners and investors who would help scale it up to the European level. Although the platform is officially available, it is still in the active development phase. Work is underway to improve the recommendation algorithms, expand the database, optimize the application process, and add features for employers, including opportunities for direct talent recruitment.
The team sees the project as an opportunity to create the first pan-European ecosystem for early career guidance. If Youllgetit.eu scales successfully, the platform could significantly facilitate mobility between different education and labor markets, reduce the time students spend searching for suitable internships, and help employers discover promising candidates early in their professional development.
The four creators are already working from different countries and have access to university and corporate networks that help expand the project. They are convinced that the stable European framework for education and mobility creates an ideal environment for this type of digital solution. Their ambition is for Youllgetit.eu to become the largest and most widely used database for internships in Europe—a tool that truly helps students build their professional direction even before graduation.
