The first retail park in Pernik, Bulgaria has opened. The complex is located on an area of ​​nearly 40 acres and is one of the largest and most modern projects in the region, Balkanengineer.com learned from Money.bg.

 

 

The complex will offer a number of benefits to all its clients. The retail site is a commercial area of ​​over 15,000 m2, distributed in 17 furniture stores, and customers will be able to benefit from a number of services. The site also offers parking for about 400 readers.

 

The retail park was built in one year, and the contractor is the utility company MCK Group.

 

"The fact that the concept of a retail park, which is implemented for the first time in the city, attracts auto and international traffic maps is the reason for the investigation. Our ambition is to create more and better opportunities for shopping and entertainment and to contribute to the development of the business environment in the city and the region," Roman Romanov from Regents Property Advisors, the company involved in the management of the project, told the media.

 

The Shopping Centre is expected to support the development of the city, its social environment and its infpactytype. Its construction will create 300 new jobs and improve the area.
